Famous 2B Chili (Original Recipe)

*Medium Spicy

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons 2B Chili mix, 1 lb ground beef, 8 oz tomato sauce, 1 cup water

Optional Ingredients
:
1 can Bush’s Chili Beans

Cooking Directions
:
Brown 1 lb ground beef; drain. Add 2B Chili mix, water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes; stirring often. Serve with crackers.

Prepare time
:
approximately 15-20 minutes

 

KcBugg’s Blazin’ 2B Deer Chili

**Hot Spicy

Ingredients:
6 tbsp 2B Chili mix, 1 lb ground deer meat (or substitute ground beef), 1 medium yellow onion - chopped, 1 green bell pepper - chopped, 1 can Rotel tomatoes - hot, 1 can Bush’s Chili Beans, 1 can red kidney beans, 1/2 cup water

Optional Ingredients
:
Fritos corn chips, Rice, Cheese, Sour Cream

Cooking Directions
:
Brown 1 lb deer meat, chopped onion & chopped bell pepper; drain. Add 2B Chili mix, Rotel tomatoes, Bush’s Chili Beans, Red Kidney Beans and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or Fritos corn chips, top with shredded cheese and add dollop of sour cream. Eat at your own risk!

Chill-in’ Chili

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons 2B Chili mix, 1 lb ground beef, 1 green bell pepper - chopped, 1 can diced tomatoes, 8 oz tomato sauce, 1 cup water

Cooking Directions
:
Brown 1 lb ground beef & chopped bell pepper; drain. Add 2B Chili mix, water, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over corn chips or hot dogs.

:

2B Chili Lil’ Cocktail Smokies

Ingredients:
14 oz package of Eckrich Li’l Smokies (miniature cocktail weiners), 1 tablespoon 2B Chili mix, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce (choose desired amount)

Cooking Directions, Stove Top
:
Combine Smokies, 2B Chili mix & BBQ Sauce in saucepan & simmer for 2-4 minutes.

Prepare time
:
approximately 5 minutes
Cooking Directions, Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Smokies, 2B Chili mix & BBQ Sauce in shallow pan and cook for 12-14 minutes.
